Simon Green (AIPA, MABRP)
Simon is an insolvency and corporate restructuring specialist dedicated to guiding limited companies and small businesses through challenging financial transitions.
With over 25 years of experience in accountancy and management, Simon provides business owners with sensible, realistic strategies for company closures or corporate restructuring. Having pivoted fully to corporate restructure in 2019, drawing on foundational specialist training undertaken in Insolvency Practitioner firms in the early 2000s, he combines a deep understanding of corporate distress with practical, real-world solutions that help directors navigate a way forward with clarity and confidence.

Ivy Yeap
Ivy brings over 25 years of experience in corporate restructuring and insolvency, advising company directors and individuals through challenging financial circumstances and providing practical, commercially focused solutions.
Having gained invaluable experience running a London-based insolvency practice for many years, Ivy has developed extensive expertise in managing both corporate and personal insolvencies from initial engagement through to conclusion. Her experience encompasses case management, liquidation reports, asset realisations and recoveries, negotiations and settlements, as well as reporting on directors’ conduct to The Insolvency Service.
Known for her approachable and pragmatic style, Ivy has built strong, long-standing relationships with accountants, professional advisers, and other trusted referral partners, alongside a reputation for generating business through personal recommendations and word of mouth.
Ivy takes particular satisfaction in providing a professional, personal service and helping clients navigate difficult situations with clarity, discretion, and practical advice.
